Fable Beach Renovation is a Townhome Where Local Meets Tuscan

The Fable Beach renovation was a full interior transformation of a 1990s waterfront townhome.

Thoughtfully designed with a blend of traditional and Tuscan accents, the project delivers a warm, sophisticated space that honors the home’s original character.

Preserved Character Meets Enhanced Comfort

Original doors and trim were retained, anchoring the space in its history. In contrast, key spaces were fully refreshed: the kitchen and bathrooms were completely redone, balancing function and timeless style.

Elegant Touches for Elevated Everyday Living

The interior was elevated with energy-efficient fireplaces, new lighting throughout, and stunning chandeliers that add a sense of drama and detail. The front entry and staircase now provide a grand and seamless connection between all areas of the home.
