If we weren’t heavily involved during the design phase, we’ll conduct a formal pre-construction meeting to finalize all details, including the budget and timeline. Contract execution is tied to budget approval and project scheduling.
During your project, we utilize a Project Portal powered by JobTread to manage real-time updates on scheduling, budgets, site activity, documentation, and communications between you, our internal teams, and our trade partners.

Before construction begins, you’ll sign a finalized contract and provide written approval of the final project budget. Once all permits are in place, construction begins.

We’ll complete final landscaping tasks (planting, grass or sod installation, fencing, and irrigation) alongside the interior finishing phase so that your home and property are move-in ready together.
After construction, we’ll conduct a final walkthrough with you to review the home, document any final details, and provide you with a detailed project manual.
We’ll also offer a full homeowner orientation to ensure you’re comfortable operating all the systems in your new home.
Our service continues after handover with warranty support, prompt issue resolution, and optional property management services to help maintain and protect your investment, especially for clients who travel frequently or have stacked priorities.
