Set within an ecologically sensitive coastal forest, The Perch was designed to merge contemporary luxury with serene seclusion. Every detail—from the vaulted tongue-and-groove hemlock ceilings to the rooftop belvedere with panoramic ocean views—was crafted to enhance its natural setting while meeting rigorous Built Green Platinum performance standards.
Connected by loggias (covered walkways), the home’s distinct wings create a flow between open-concept living spaces and quiet private quarters. Four separate patios, each with fireplaces and forest views, support year-round outdoor living in the temperate West Coast climate.
From its triple-glazed windows and hybrid insulation systems to its 11kW solar array with Tesla Powerwall storage, The Perch exemplifies high-performance custom home building without compromising comfort or style.
Our team integrated energy-efficient systems such as rainwater harvesting and advanced ventilation with HEPA-13 filtration to create a home that is both healthy and sustainable. Interior features—including custom maple cabinetry, wide-plank engineered oak floors, and a cedar gazebo overlooking 6 km of trails—reflect one of Falcon Heights’ core values – craftsmanship.
